Please don't think that im crazy since the plugin is inactive, but, i want to disable plugins on certain worlds, but i didn't find this plugin. Please, add this plugin!

Can't you just use permissions to fix this? Or what type of plugins are we talking about?

PS: Most plugins have a "active in world" setting in their config file, you could also look for something like that.
