When you change the MOTD of your server, you are forced to restart it for it to change...
This suggestion is to make it possible to change the MOTD online with a command or just when you change it at all, it automatically updates.

So far added motd updater for lobby server gui
to-do:
- update bungeecord motd (Direct join)
- add ingame command
