Add Plugin "SkUtilities"

As a skripter, it would be very helpfull if the skript addon plugin "SkUtilities" was added to the plugin installer list to add to servers

for some reason the name of this thread is broken, i used quotes around the name of the plugin and for some reason it turned it into: Add Plugin "SkUtilities"

most skulitilies things have been moved to the skript plugin in newer versions

i want to use it to have the ability to edit skript files with skript

because i can do stuff like change options in my skript file with a command, and it allows me to have alot more freedom when doing things with skript
