Replace the Staff Tower with GEARS (MIZSI Approves)

The Staff tower has served us well through all these times, but I think we should replace it with GEARS. Don't get me wrong. The staff tower is amazing, but it doesn't give us what the Community wants. If we replace the Staff Tower with GEARS I think the lobby can feel alive again, and we can all get a greater experience on our favorite server.
